1.      A carpet costs Rs 12,000. It is sold to a shop at a profit of 15%. 



The shopkeeper sells it to a customer at a profit of 10%.

while Mishap sold it 



to John for Rs 94,500 after having spent Rs 3,360 on 


repairs, thus 




making a profit of 12.5% on it.
