Fibonacci number
- a series of numbers in which each number ( Fibonacci number ) is the sum of the two preceding numbers. The simplest is the series 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, etc.
Example:
the series of numbers:
0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ...
check how it is:
0+1=1
1+1=2
2+3=5
5+3=8 and so on.....
The next number is found by adding up the two numbers before it.
0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ...
